Because I believe that consistency and accountability are vital to long-term change and results, I would request you commit to meeting every two weeks for 3 months.
We will talk about the importance of managing sleep and stress, healthy eating, exercise and movement, gut health, mindfulness and paying attention to the inner you.
As part of this program, I include a grocery-store tour where we talk about how to read labels for hidden ingredients and how to shop for better health. I will also include a personal food pantry cleanse if you would want this.
