I am a Mom to three grown children and a grandmother (Nana) to six Littles. This has always been my favorite vocation and calling! I am also a Life Listener. I have always found myself interested in and captivated by people's lives and their stories, where they came from and where they are going. I am curious by nature and usually ask a lot of questions.

I have been studying and implementing nutrition and a healthier lifestyle for 15 years, but a few years back, I formally became a Certified Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Here I learned how to take a holistic approach to support those I work with, understanding that relationships, exercise, and spirituality are just as important to health as the foods we eat.

Through the Allender Center at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, I completed the Lay Counseling Certificate Program, where I learned how to work more effectively with survivors of abuse through the utilization of trauma-focused narrative therapy. I continue to learn through the Center's seminars and workshops.

I attended the Sioux Falls Seminary and received a Certification in “Spiritual Direction, Listening People to Life.” This practice allows people to discover where and how God (or the Divine) is at work in their personal lives and in the lives of those around them.

I believe in the entire, whole person. Mind, Body, and Spirit can't be separated, and so one will affect the others. Let's explore these areas together to experience your best life.
